Refund policy

REBEL & STONE is not responsible for any lost / stolen packages or shipments delayed in transit. While we expect all orders to arrive timely & safely, In the rare occurrence that your order has not been received please use the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email to track the location and delivery details of your parcel.

Understanding any import restrictions or taxes imposed by the country where the delivery is being made will be the responsibility of the purchaser / receiver.

RETURNS

Rebel & Stone takes great pride in our quality & performs stringent quality control of each garment before it leaves our hands.

You have 7 days from the date of purchase to exchange your item/s for any reason. Simply complete our return request form, we will review your request and according to the terms of this policy we will happily exchange for a replacement of the same item or issue a credit note for the same value.

TERMS

You must have an RA number issued by us
Exchanges are only available on Full Price Items
We must be notified of the intention to return within 7 days from when you received the item
Garment is in original condition, unworn, unwashed with all original tags attached
The original invoice as proof of purchase is provided
Swimwear must be tried on wearing undergarments and will not be accepted for return if the hygiene strip is removed
You will need to ensure the return postage is traceable, REBEL & STONE takes no responsibility for missing packages. Non-returnable items: Gift Cards, Sale Items or any items that do not adhere to the terms listed
