All orders are processed Monday - Friday and dispatched the following business day using Australia Post.

Free Standard Shipping -  3 - 5 Business Days 

Express - Overnight for Metro Areas, up to 2 days for other locations $10.00

Free - All domestic orders over $200

INTERNATIONAL - Worldwide Shipping 

Flat Rate Tracked Shipping - 3-10 Business Days

New Zealand, United States, United Kingdom $25.00

Rest of the world $35.00

All International orders over $300

 

After your order has been processed, you will receive an email advising of your tracking number. 

REBEL & STONE is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages or shipments delayed in transit. While we expect all orders to arrive timely & safely, In the rare occurrence that your order has not been received please use the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email to track the location and delivery details of your parcel.

Understanding any import restrictions or taxes imposed by the country where the delivery is being made will be the responsibility of the purchaser / receiver.

RETURNS

Rebel & Stone takes great pride in our quality & performs stringent quality control of each garment before it leaves our hands.

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to exchange your item/s for any reason. Simply complete our return request form, we will review your request and according to the terms of this policy we will happily exchange or issue a credit note for our E-boutique.

TERMS

  • You must have an Return Authorisation (RA) number issued by us
  • Returns are accepted on all items including sale items
  • Sale items can be returned for an exchange or credit note only
  • We must be notified of the intention to return within 14 days from when you received the item
  • Garment is in original saleable condition, unworn, unwashed with all original tags attached
  • The original invoice as proof of purchase is provided
  • Swimwear must be tried on wearing undergarments and will not be accepted for return if the hygiene strip is removed

You will need to ensure the return postage is traceable, REBEL & STONE takes no responsibility for missing packages. Non-returnable items: Gift Cards or any items that do not adhere to the terms listed
